A Pandora’s Box
Martijn rinsed the negatives in the shower and then began drying them with a blow drier to test if the pictures remained intact. They had already opened Pandora’s box, therefore there was no way to seal it now. All that remained was to wait and watch. When they were completely dry, it was time to go on to the next phase.

Fortunately for Martijn, the risk was well worth it! He got really lucky, and the blowdryer did not affect the image quality. As they processed the film, the visuals became clearer and clearer. History was about to unfold right in front of their eyes.
